David Bryan is Managing Director and founder of Opace Ltd and Web-Site.Design, a Birmingham-based digital agency specialising in open-source web development, eCommerce, SEO and AI-enabled digital marketing. With over 20 years’ professional experience, David holds a First-Class degree in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University and has advised and delivered for blue-chip, public-sector and SME clients alike.

He began his career in web design, moving into web application development and consulting roles with MVI Technology and then later working with global firms such as Capgemini and CSC, where he led multi-million pound technology, business change and enterprise architecture programmes for government bodies including the NHS, HMRC, Home Office and others.
